  • Dwell timing device can set timing of the moving platen from 0.5 to 10 seconds. At dwell option, the moving platen remains stationary in an open position for the set dwell time before resuming motion, which is useful for large or difficult jobs and fine registration of the die, minimizing wastage.
  • Electromagnetic clutch & brake enables push-button control of the machine for easy and efficient operation. The advanced clutch & brake do not require lubrication.
  • Multiple safety devices: Off-position at rotary switch, leg-operated safety guard, protective wrap-around safety guard, trip bar on the moving platen (optional), and full electrical interlocking for safety. All moving parts are protected by approved safety guards.
  • Quick and simple adjustment of impression/pressure equalization independent for each side, with the set value readable on a graduated scale.
  • High performance precision gears (Helical & Herringbone) that work silently, without vibration, and can bear extreme loads.
  • The platen is driven by ball-bearing mounted shafts through a pair of reduction gears protected by guards.
  • Rigid construction and compact design requiring minimum floor space.
  • Digital counter on the operating panel for counting impressions made by the machine.
  • Main shaft & connecting arms are mounted on phosphor bronze bushes.
